A guide for patients receiving genomic sequencing for genetic conditions

This patient guide was developed by Melbourne Genomics Health Alliance for patients who have consented to receive genomic sequencing through Melbourne Genomics projects. The link is provided here as most of it is applicable to all KidGen project participants. The guide reiterates a lot of what is covered in patient consent documentation, and discussion with genetic counsellors involved.
